Many of us are so caught up in the hustle and bustle of our daily routines that we forget to slow down and appreciate the things that truly make us happy. But luckily, there are a number of simple strategies that you can use to create a more relaxed lifestyle without completely overhauling your routine. But first, let’s dig into some of the “whys”.

Why should I slow down?

There are a few reasons why you might want to slow down your life. Ticking items off of your to-do list at lightspeed might make you feel productive, but it can also lead to burnout, anxiety, and depression.
